For TradeStation customers:

 

*After the payment is made, please send an email to support@paintbarfactory.com and include your TradeStation Customer Number. It can be found by going to "Help - About TradeStation 9.X" under "Licensed To:". Please also specify which Version of the platform you currently trade with: 8.8 or later versions.   The indicators will be locked to your TradeStation Customer Number. A trader may have many account numbers, but should only have one customer number. As long as this number matches, you don't need to buy a second license to use our indicators,no matter how many accounts, markets, symbols, workspaces,or computers youtrade with, the indicators will work.

 

 

For NinjaTrader customers:

 

* After the payment is made, please send an email to support@paintbarfactory.com and include your NinjaTrader Machine ID Number. It can be found by clicking "Help - About" on your platform's Control Center. Please also specify which Version of the platform you currently trade with: 7.0.   * Attention: At this moment, we do NOT offer "PBF_Squeeze_Radar" for NinjaTrader platform (=NT's Market Analyzer). Please do NOT order it if you use NinjaTrader.   * Attention: A few NinjaTrader indicators look differently than TradeStation version. For example, NT version of the 2EMA has 2 colors instead of 3 (it's one color per plot, instead of one plot, then add different colors like TradeStation). The bonus BSP indicator only works in real time and not on historical data due to NinjaTrader platform doesn't save historical data like TradeStation does. Make sure you understand this before ordering. * Attention: The indicators will work on your platform only if the Machine ID matches. This number is generated by your computer randomly so each computer will have an unique number. If you wish to purchase an additional license for your second computer, we charge 1/2 of the original price for the second set of indicators. After much research on the internet, we believe most companies charge more than us.  * Attention NT8 Users:   For NT8 version, we have coded only the essentials and NOT the free/bonus indicators as each one costs us a lot of money to develop. So please make sure you understand that no free/bonus indicators will be offered while placing an order. Unlike from NT6 to NT7, it is much more complicated and costly to migrate from NT7 to NT8, so if you are a PBF NT7 user and want a copy of the  NT8 indicators, we also offer 50% discount. So far the following have been coded: 2EMAColor, Fast_3_MAs, HolyGrail, iTunnel, OSOB, PB_Direction, Scalper_ShowMe, Squeeze, TrendBars.

 

 

For MultiCharts customers:

 

*After the payment is made, please send an email to support@paintbarfactory.com and include your MultiCharts/MCFX Pro UserID Number. Please also specify which Version of the platform you currently trade with.   UserID for MultiCharts can be found by clicking "Help - About MultiCharts".   For MCFX Pro users,here is how to obtain your UserID. (You MUST have the Pro version to import the indicators and use our software. Basic version does not have this capacity). Plot an indicator called "Custom 1 Line" on a chart. Right click on the chart, click "Format Studies", highlight the "Custom 1 Line", click "Format". You will see a field called "Formula". Please type in "getuserid". The indicator then will plot the "GetUserID" on the chart. You will see something like this "Custom 1 Line 1234567890.000000000000. In this case, 1234567890 is your UserID.   * Attention: MultiCharts secured .SEF file will only work on your platform if we have the same version, same build. Please specify which platform and version you are trading with along with your UserID. We only support official releases and do not deal with beta versions.   * Attention: The "PBF_Squeeze_Radar" will ONLY work on MultiCharts v. 5.0.2369.400 and later versions and it is NOT compatible with any previous version. It will NOT work on MCFX Pro platform either. If you have MCFX Pro or earlier version of MultiCharts, please do NOT order it.   * Attention: The indicators will work on your platform only if theUser ID matches. This number is generated by your computer so each computer will have an unique number. If you wish to purchase an additional license for your second computer, we charge 1/2 of the original price for the second set of indicators. * The Customer Number, Machine ID or UserID will be coded into the indicators you purchase, the indicators and all materials will be emailed to you, and they will work with your Customer Number, Machine ID or UserID only. Please make sure you send correct information to us, as we cannot be responsible if this information is incorrect.

 

 

 

For customers whowish to purchase indicators for Two Platforms or Two Licenses:

 

 

*Customers who would like to purchase the same indicators for more than one platform or license, or existing TradeStation customers who would like to add NinjaTrader, MultiCharts and/or MCFX Pro versions to their collection, we charge 1/2 of the full price for the second, third and fourthplatform/license per item*. We have created buttons for customers who want to purchase Two Licenses orTwo Platforms (pick any two). The indicator package buttons beloware with further discount. If you have purchased one version of the indicators before, and would like to adda second version, please contact us at support@paintbarfactory.com for payment instructions.   (* An "item" is NOT defined as a singleIndicator, rather a combination of products under one price tag. For example, when you purchase the iTunnel, you receive the HeatMeter and DMI/ADX Combo for free, these three indicators are considered one "item". If you purchase the EMAs, you get the FMA and modified RSI for free, the three indicators are under one price tag, hence are considered as one item. So on and so forth.)

 

 

* After the payment and your Customer Number/Machine ID/UserID are received, you will receive the indicators withina fewhours, (often within the hour), and start making profits from the markets! Although paper trading until you are familiar with the indicators, setupsand signals are strongly recommended.
