1. After the payment is made, for fast delivery, please send an email to order@paintbarfactory.com and include your TradeStation Customer Number or MultiCharts/MCFX Pro UserID in the message (NOT Network ID, NOT account number. Do NOT send your log in name or password).
- TradeStation Customer Number can be found by going to "Help - About TradeStation 8.X" under "Licensed To:".
- UserID for MultiCharts can be found by clicking "Help - About MultiCharts".
- For MCFX Pro users, here is how to obtain your UserID. (You MUST have the Pro version to import the indicators and use our software. Basic version does not have this capacity). Plot an indicator called "Custom 1 Line" on a chart. Right click on the chart, click "Format Studies", highlight the "Custom 1 Line", click "Format". You will see a field called "Formula". Please type in "getuserid". The indicator then will plot the "GetUserID" on the chart. You will see something like this "Custom 1 Line 1234567890.000000000000. In this case, 1234567890 is your UserID.
The Customer Number or UserID will be coded into the indicators you purchase, and the indicators will be emailed to you and they will work with your Customer Number or UserID only. Please make sure you send correct information to us, as we cannot be responsible if this information is incorrect.
2. Attention MultiCharts and MCFX Pro users: from what we have learnt from MultiCharts, the secured .SEF file will only work on your platform if we have the same version, same build. They will make .SEF file compatible with previous versions in the future. But at this moment, we have MultiCharts v. 4.0.1724.400 and v. 3.1.1353.400, and MCFX Pro v. 1.2.1291.400. Please specify which platform and version you are trading with.
3. Many options are available on this page, as we do not want to sell you indicators you don't want. Please make sure you click on the correct button(s). Once the indicators you ordered are sent to you, we do not accept refund or exchange requests as there is no expiration for the indicators we offer.
The next two points only concern you if you would like to purchase indicators for more than one platforms:

Customers who would like to purchase the same indicators for more than one platform, or existing TradeStation customers who would like to add MultiCharts and/or MCFX Pro versions to their collection, we charge 1/3 of the full price for the second and the third platform per item*. We have created buttons for customers who want to purchase Two platforms our of the three we offer (pick any two). The indicator package botton below is with further discount. If you have purchased one version of the indicators before, and would like to add the second and the third version, please contact us at support@paintbarfactory.com.
(* An "item" is NOT defined as an Indicator, rather a combination of products under one price tag. For example, when you purchase the iTunnel, you receive the HeatMeter and DMI/ADX Combo for free, these three indicators are considered one "item". If you purchase the EMAs, you get the FMA and modified RSI for free, the three indicators are under one price tag, hence are considered as one item. So on and so forth. Paint Bar Studies are considered as one item, as well as both Dots.)
5. Please note the Squeeze Radar Scanner is for TradeStation platform ONLY, as MultiCharts does not have Radar Screen at this moment. (Coming soon! The Radar Scanner will be available for MultiCharts' official version 5 release).
After the payment and your Customer Number/UserID are received, you should be able to receive the indicators within 24 hours, usually less, and start making profits from the markets! Although paper trade until you are familiar with the indicators and signals are strongly recommended.
