Some Yahoo, Hotmail and AT&T email servers, for some odd reasons, don't like our server and often reject our emails or say that our indicator files for NinjaTrader have virus. In this case, it is best to contact us using an alternative email address such as Gmail, which we never had any problem with, or contact us via Paintbarfactory@gmail.com.
(Update Feb. 2019: Our secondary email address was Paintbarfactory@sbcglobal.net. Since ATT, Yahoo, Verison, who bought who and who merged who, whatever happened, we were not able to access the sbcglobal.net email accounts (if you know a way to help us gain access back, I'd really appreciate it. There are hundreds of discussions online about this.) Now we are adding this gmail account as our secondary email address. Please remove sbcglobal.net email address from your address book as it ceases to work.)
